Requirements:
• Fluent in both English and Chinese;
• Experience in marketing and e-commerce;
• Must be legally eligible to work and pay taxes in the U.S.

Customer Service Representative (1 position)
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication skills
• Responsible for customer inquiries, after-sales support, and order follow-up
